What this site collects, where it goes and how to have it deleted.
What we collect
When you ask for the Toolkit we collect your email address, an optional first name, the time you agreed to receive it, a source tag that records which page you signed up from, and which file you asked for.
The site sets one cookie. It holds a signed token that lets you download Toolkit files without entering your email again. It lasts about 90 days.
To stop the sign-up form being abused, the site briefly uses your IP address to count requests from your connection. The address is not stored and is not linked to your email.
Where it goes
Your details are stored with the email service we use to send the Toolkit and any updates you agreed to. That service acts as a processor on our behalf. It holds your details only to send our emails and may not use them for anything else. The name of that service is set in the site configuration.
We do not sell your data and we do not share it for advertising.
How long we keep it
We keep your details for as long as you stay subscribed. When you unsubscribe or ask us, we delete them.
Deleting your data
Write to hello@wyzr.in and ask. We will delete your record from the email service and from our own files.
Analytics
The site uses Google Analytics to count visits and downloads. It is set up so that it sets no cookies, and its advertising features are off. Your browser still loads Google's script, so Google receives your IP address and basic browser details. We send it the page you view, without anything after the "?" in the address, and the name of the file or tool you use. We never send your email address or anything you type into a tool.
