US and Canada
The United States is the biggest single prize in Indian exports, and in 2026 it also became the market where the arithmetic changed most often. Tariff rates moved several times in a year, yet orders kept coming, because buyers do not drop a supplier they would have to re-qualify. What holds your place there is how costly you are to replace, not the lowest price. Canada is the smaller, quieter neighbour, with talks restarted and a thin base that makes the case for going early. Both want paperwork done properly. This hub lists the headline numbers, the agreement position, and the regulators to plan around.
